Know the two sides of ChurchTrakr
The ChurchTrakr app is where your church staff and authorized volunteers manage people, communications, events, groups, giving, and other church information.
The Church Portal is the member- and guest-facing experience. People can use it to interact with the information and opportunities your church chooses to share.
Complete the basics first
- Review your church and organization settings.
- Add or import your people.
- Invite the staff members and volunteers who will help manage ChurchTrakr.
- Configure and brand your Church Portal.
- Add the ministries, events, groups, classes, forms, and services your church needs.
Start small
You do not need to configure every feature before using ChurchTrakr. Begin with the areas your team needs most, confirm that your information is accurate, and then add other features as your church is ready.
Use the Help Center
Search the Help Center whenever you need instructions for a specific task. If you are signed in and cannot find an answer, use the support option in ChurchTrakr to contact the support team.
