Signed-in portal members can review giving records that the church has connected to their profile.
Open portal giving records
- Sign in to the church’s portal.
- Open the account menu.
- Select Giving, or open the giving sections in the Member Center.
Giving history
The giving history lists completed gifts with the fund, gift date, payment method, and amount. If no completed gifts are connected to the profile, the portal displays that no gifts are on file.
Annual statements
The Giving area lists available statement years with the number and total amount of completed gifts for each year. Select a year to open that annual statement.
If a gift or statement is missing, confirm that you used the email address connected to your church profile and contact the church’s giving staff. Portal members cannot edit official contribution records from the portal.
