Use the ChurchTrakr sign-in page for the part of ChurchTrakr you need to access. Staff members may use the administrative app, while members and guests use their church’s portal.
For church staff, the sign-in page is at https://app.churchtrakr.com.
For members and guests, go to https://portal.churchtarkr.com, find your church’s portal and from there, you can login.
If you cannot sign in
- Confirm that you are using the correct email address.
- Check that you are signing in to the correct ChurchTrakr experience.
- Use the available password-reset option if you have forgotten your password.
- Check your spam or junk folder for sign-in and password-reset messages.
If you still need help
Members and guests should contact their church if they have not been given access or are unsure which email address to use. Church staff who still cannot access the administrative app can contact ChurchTrakr support.
