Edit or Delete a Worship Service

You can update a worship service’s basic information, schedule, recurrence, image, registration, and visibility. Deleting a service is permanent, so review the service carefully first.

Edit a worship service

1. Open Gatherings → Worship Services.
2. Select the worship service card, or open its menu and choose Edit Service.
3. Change the service details or settings.
4. Select Save Worship Service.

Delete a worship service

1. Open Gatherings → Worship Services.
2. Open the three-dot menu on the service card.
3. Select Delete.
4. Review the warning and confirm the deletion.

Important: Deleting a worship service cannot be undone. If the service is recurring, review its occurrences, plans, volunteers, attendance, and check-in activity before deleting it. If only one date should not occur, cancel that occurrence instead of deleting the entire worship service.
