A portal account connects a person to the information their church has on file and unlocks private member features.
Create an account
- Open the church’s portal address or go to https://portal.churchtrakr.com and search for your church. Then choose your church.
- Select Sign in from your church’s portal.
- Choose Register.
- Enter your first name, last name, email address, and password.
- Follow any verification instructions sent to your email.
If the church sent you a portal invitation, open that invitation link. The invitation identifies the account email and asks you to create and confirm a password.
Sign in
- Open the portal and select Sign in.
- Enter the email address you used to create your portal account and your portal password.
- Select Sign in and then you are taken directly to the Member Center (there’s also a link in the menu, just click on your name/email in the upper right to access the menu.)
Reset a forgotten password
On the sign-in page, select Forgot password?, enter your email address, and use the secure reset link sent to you.
Portal accounts are unique to the church. The account email links the portal account to the person’s church profile.
