Connect a Workflow to a Form or Event

A form- or event-triggered workflow must be connected to the item that will start it.

Connect a form-submission workflow

1. Create and save a workflow with the Form Submission trigger.
2. Open Forms and select the form.
3. Open the form settings.
4. Select the workflow as the form’s submission workflow.
5. Save the form.

Connect an event-registration workflow

1. Create and save a workflow with the Event Registration trigger.
2. Create an event registration form that links to the workflow
3. Open the event and link the event registration form.
4. The even requires the form, the form drives the workflow.
5. Save the event.
