People come first
Every profile, attendance record, message and gift represents a person—not just another row in a database.
ChurchTrakr is a new, founder-led church management platform built to give small and growing churches the tools they need—without unnecessary cost, complexity or clutter.
Every service, event, class and act of care is supported by details someone has to organize.
Church work is about people. The systems behind it should help leaders know those people, communicate clearly and follow through faithfully.
Too often, church teams are forced to piece that work together across spreadsheets, inboxes, text threads and disconnected tools. Smaller churches can face an especially frustrating choice: use software that is too limited, or pay for a complicated system designed for a much larger organization.
ChurchTrakr was created to offer a better option. It brings people, giving, communication, forms, check-in, groups, volunteers, worship services, events, workflows and a church portal into one approachable platform.
The goal is not to add more technology to church life. It is to make the necessary technology clearer, more useful and easier for staff and volunteers to manage.
ChurchTrakr was founded by Steve Youngblood, a senior software product leader and longtime church member and ministry leader in the Atlanta area. His career includes executive product leadership, including service as a Chief Product Officer, with a focus on shaping software strategy, guiding product development and turning complicated work into tools people can actually use.
His church experience has also given him a firsthand appreciation for the work that often happens out of view: keeping up with people, preparing for Sunday, organizing volunteers, communicating well, tracking generosity and making sure important follow-up does not get lost.
ChurchTrakr brings those two parts of his life together—a product leader’s commitment to clarity and usability, and a church member’s respect for the mission the software is meant to serve.
ChurchTrakr is new, but the standards guiding the product are not.
Every profile, attendance record, message and gift represents a person—not just another row in a database.
Powerful software is only useful when church staff and volunteers can understand it and use it with confidence.
Churches should be able to understand what they are buying without navigating confusing bundles or unnecessary complexity.
The best product decisions come from understanding the practical needs of the people doing the work every week.
ChurchTrakr is opening access to its first churches. Early churches will have a direct voice in how the platform grows, and their feedback will stay close to the person shaping the product.
