Church work is about people. The systems behind it should help leaders know those people, communicate clearly and follow through faithfully.
Too often, church teams are forced to piece that work together across spreadsheets, inboxes, text threads and disconnected tools. Smaller churches can face an especially frustrating choice: use software that is too limited, or pay for a complicated system designed for a much larger organization.
ChurchTrakr was created to offer a better option. It brings people, giving, communication, forms, check-in, groups, volunteers, worship services, events, workflows and a church portal into one approachable platform.
The goal is not to add more technology to church life. It is to make the necessary technology clearer, more useful and easier for staff and volunteers to manage.
Everything we build should help a church spend less time managing software and more time caring for people and doing ministry.

Meet the founder
Where product experience and church life come together.
ChurchTrakr was founded by Steve Youngblood, a senior software product leader and longtime church member and ministry leader in the Atlanta area. His career includes executive product leadership, including service as a Chief Product Officer, with a focus on shaping software strategy, guiding product development and turning complicated work into tools people can actually use.
His church experience has also given him a firsthand appreciation for the work that often happens out of view: keeping up with people, preparing for Sunday, organizing volunteers, communicating well, tracking generosity and making sure important follow-up does not get lost.
ChurchTrakr brings those two parts of his life together—a product leader’s commitment to clarity and usability, and a church member’s respect for the mission the software is meant to serve.
