The Church Portal is a hub where members and guests can see key church information “at a glance”. They can see a church’s calendar including worship services and events. They can see groups and request to join them. They can give. And if permitted, they can see the church directory. In the portal Member Center, they can manage all their interactions with the church including their profile, groups they’ve joined, past giving and statements, volunteer requests and commitments and dates they aren’t available.
Open the Member Center
- Sign in to a church’s portal.
- Open the account menu displaying your name and email.
- Select Member Center.
What appears in the Member Center
- Volunteer requests: Review the event, team, role, date, and time, then accept or decline pending requests.
- Volunteer calendar: See scheduled assignments and their current status.
- Blockout dates: Tell the church when you are unavailable to volunteer.
- My groups: Open groups in which you are an active member.
- Giving statements: Open available annual statements.
- Recent giving: Review completed gifts recorded for your profile.
- Member Directory: Respond to an invitation and manage sharing choices when the directory is available.
If expected information is missing, confirm that you signed in with the email address your church has associated with your profile, then contact church staff if the records still do not appear.
